| Our simple and easy 5-step ordering procedure includes your initial design approval because our goal is to provide customer satisfaction: 1. Place your order.
2. Upload your favorite photographs.
3. Our artists will utilize their best efforts to meticulously sculpt your custom made bobblehead based on the photos you provide to us, and then we will email a picture of your bobblehead to you for your approval. You may suggest changes or make corrections at this time. (Note: This step assumes that you select the proofing option, at a very small additional cost.)
4. After we receive your approval by email, we will construct and finish your custom made bobblehead.
 
5. Your custom bobblehead will be packaged in a protective cardboard box with styrofoam protection and shipped to you via FedEx or UPS in a protective package. After your bobblehead has been shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can follow the progress of your custom made bobblehead until you receive it.
